Does the price include set up and delivery?
--Yes, additional fees may apply for areas outside delivery circumference.

--No, tax will be added at the time of booking.

How long is the bounce house rental for?
--6 hrs
Can duration of rental be extended? If so, how much per hour?
--Yes, your rental duration can be extended beyond 6 hrs. The extension rate is $50.00 per hour

Does the standard rental time include your set up time?
--No. We arrive early to set up and go over rental agreement to allow for you and your guests to enjoy the bouncers for the entire rental time.
How early do you deliver and set-up?
--The timing depends on how many rentals we have that day. We strive to arrive 1-2 hour prior to booking time to allow our team to set-up and you to decorate as needed. If we have multiple rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 2-3 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm someone will be available at the party location and provide an expected delivery time.

What surfaces do you set up on?
--We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete, and indoor flooring.
--We CANNOT set up on any type of rocks or tree roots at the constant friction and object edges can cause damage to the vinyl.

How big are your bounce houses?
--Smaller houses: 10 ft x 10 ft
--Big House with slide and ball pit: 15 ft x 15 ft
How many people can be in the bounce house at once?
--10x10 Houses: under 5 years old: 5 children | 6-8 yo: 4 children | 9-12 yo: 3 children | 13 & older: 2 adults
--Big House with slide and ball pit: under 5 years old: 5 children | 6-8 yo: 4 children | 9-12 yo: 3 children | 13 & older: 2 adults
Does the bounce house have to be plugged in the entire time?
--Yes. A blower keeps air in the bounce house unit the entire time. Once unplugged the bouncer will deflate. We require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or generator, and we supply our own heavy duty 50ft extension cord.
Do you offer generator rentals for park set-up?
--Currently we do not offer generator upgrade for our rentals, but it is something we are striving for in the future.
Cancellation policy?
--Bouncer rentals can be cancelled for any reason up to 8 days prior to event date at no cost.
--Cancellation after this time will incur the rental deposit.
What payments do you take?
--All major credit cards, venmo, cash ap. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure date and rental product. Final payment is due 24 hours prior to event.

Do you require deposit to book rental?
--Yes, a $100 deposit is required at booking. ​
Do you allow balloons to be attached to the bounce house?
--Yes. There are loops on each front column and across the top, making it easy to attach balloon garland. We just ask you do not use any type of tape to attach it.
Do you offer balloon garlands?
--We do not offer balloon services but can recommend some great local vendors. Just shoot us an email!?
Are we provided with a copy of your contract and safety rules?
--Yes, a copy of your contract will be sent once your booking is confirmed. The contract will include our safety rules.
Are we responsible for any damages or tears to the bounce house unit?
--You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.
--If damages occur due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, wearing jewelry while occupying the bounce house, eating/drinking while inside bouncer, etc) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc (can potentially cost thousands of dollars). We require you to read and sign our rental agreement that has the safety rules clearly stated, so that you (the renter) bears the responsibility as the trained operator.
